It wasn't long after my last post that "my world" fell apart. And, as a consequence, so did my life change. Val's cancer recurred. And, this time, its not going to get better. Until tonight, well for the last 5 months, I pretty much ate everything I could get my hands on.
Well no more.
Back to basics:
Water
Protein mostly
Big breakfasts
Normal lunches
Tiny Dinners
Snacks with health in mind
Goal: December 31, 2012 - weight: 240 (which means I need to lose 135 lbs)
